At Airsmiths, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused sports equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Airsmiths account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original box and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
